ABOUT CHRIS
Chris Gremillion has a 10 year history with NAI Latter & Blum specializing in multifamily properties. A graduate from LSU (2012) with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business, he received his CCIM designation in October 2015.
When Chris is not selling apartments, he loves to spend time with his wife, family, friends and newborn son. An avid outdoorsman who loves hunting, fishing, and the great outdoors. Chris is also a passionate fan of the LSU Tigers, New Orleans Saints, and Cincinnati Bengals.
ABOUT HUNTER
Hunter was born and raised in Shreveport, LA where he attended C.E. Byrd High School and later LSU in Baton Rouge. Hunter acquired his license and joined NAI Latter & Blum in July of 2020 while still enrolled at LSU. He graduated in December of 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Minor in Personal Investing. After graduation, Hunter began full-time at NAI Latter & Blum and currently specializes in Multifamily and Investment. During his spare time, Hunter enjoys hanging out with his friends, family, and whenever he can, fishing on Lake Calcasieu in Hackberry, LA
ABOUT LANDON
Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Landon is a commercial real estate agent with a rich background in entrepreneurship. Attending Catholic High School and LSU he combines his deep local knowledge with the business acumen gained from owning, running, and selling two companies. His specialization in multifamily properties is backed by a commitment to continuous learning, evident in his engagement with various educational mediums like books, research, and podcasts.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Landon is an avid outdoorsman, passionate about deer and duck hunting from the Marsh and Timbers of Louisiana. As he continues to excel in real estate, Landon also aspires to acquire a personal pilot's license, reflecting his adventurous spirit and dedication to personal growth. His approach to real estate is rooted in a blend of community insight, business experience, and an unyielding drive for excellence.
